What happens after I place an order on www.minytimel.club?
Processing: All orders are sent to our order processing team for shipping within 24 hours. It may take an additional 2-7 days for our team to process the order.
Shipping: After processing, items typically take 7-25 days to arrive at their destination, but this may take longer depending on your shipping destination and the product's origin. Our warehouses are located in the US, UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, China, and Australia. Our shipping method will vary depending on your region and the weight and size of your package.
International Shipping: International shipping takes an average of 15-35 days. Orders within the US can be shipped via e-packet, DHL, USPS, and FedEx. We provide tracking information whenever possible (depending on your region).
Tracking Number: We provide tracking for every order. This information is available after the product has shipped. Because our product development team takes the time to source high-quality, affordable products, each product may be shipped from different logistics centers around the world.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel within 24 hours of creating your order. If the item has already shipped, please email Support@minytimel.club. Simply send an email with "Cancellation" in the subject line.
I entered an incorrect address!
If your address is misspelled or auto-completed incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Please notify us immediately at Support@minytimel.club. If the address is incorrect, we will correct it within 24 hours.
My item arrived damaged!
We ship with extra padding. However, our customers report that approximately 1 in every 1,000 items is damaged due to poor postage.
If this happens to you, please contact us with the following information:
- Photos of the damaged item.
Upon receipt, we will happily ship you a replacement item free of charge or provide a full refund.
To ensure your package is delivered properly and arrives within the advertised timeframe, please ensure your address is complete and correct. Please use the correct abbreviations and complete the blanks correctly; we are not responsible for any errors. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will issue you a store credit equal to the net merchandise price less shipping costs.
If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must report this to the postal service.
Please note: You should expect your order to arrive within 7-25 business days of placing it. After payment is authorized and verified, non-custom orders can take 3-5 business days to process. Custom orders typically take 7-90 days, depending on the product. Actual delivery time is 7-25 business days. These times are estimates only and do not include weekends or holidays. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking information email.
