Refund & Return Policy
Refunds (for personal reasons):
If you reconsider your purchase from us or accidentally purchase one of our products, we can refund the purchase price under the following conditions:
- Contact us by email
- Request within 24 hours of purchase
- A $2 handling fee applies
Returns
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept delicate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care products
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable).
Books with visible signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our fault
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items are not refundable. Exchanges
(If applicable), we will only replace defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email Support@minytimel.club.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. We will mail the gift certificate to you after we receive the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be responsible for your return.
Shipping
To return a product, you should first email Support@minytimel.club. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. If you are shipping an item valued at over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
